Company Description:
NFPC, also known as National Food Products Company, was established in 1971 in Abu Dhabi, right in the heart of the Arabian Desert. Our journey began with the establishment of a dairy production facility called Milco, which marked our commitment to delivering quality and service. As we continued to grow, we expanded our operations in 1977 with the addition of Modern Plastic Company (MPC), a manufacturing plant for plastic cups, making it the first of its kind in the UAE.
In 1976, we formed a group dedicated to importing dairy products from Europe. This venture flourished rapidly, leading to a joint venture partnership with the Danish/Swedish co-operative Arla. Arla’s renowned brands such as Lurpak, Three Cows, and Puck have become best-sellers in the region. In 1981, we further diversified our product portfolio by acquiring LACNOR, a French-owned enterprise based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. This acquisition allowed us to introduce long-life milk and fruit juices to our range of offerings.
